I
was born in Newark, Notts; during
September, 1968; but that wasn't my fault. Since then, I have lived in several places in
the UK, ending up here in Portishead, North
Somerset; about 12 miles from Bristol. I
don't suppose I can mention the town of Portishead without including a link to the band
whose members came from this town, and obtained their name from it, so here you are
When not sat in front of my computer, I may be involved in a production of the Portishead Players, or perhaps down the pub sampling some Real Ale.
But I probably will be sat down by the computer, either browsing the internet, reading and replying to messages on CIX conferencing, maybe even playing the odd game!
What music do I listen to? Well, just about anything, but I am particularly fond of Mike Oldfield's stuff. If background sound is enabled on your browser, you should be hearing 'Etude', the theme from 'The Killing Fields'. There are many more Oldfield midi files to be found here.
Now for a list of a few friends you can visit.
Well, that's it for the moment. Please feel free to drop an e-mail. Or ![]()
